Bought a brand new truck. The recalls and lights on the dash aside, try booking an oil change.
Terrible service department. Will take my truck to southtown chrysler for future maintenance.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Derrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat.

I was charged on my credit card in November 2025 without my authorization, despite the fact that I only visited the dealership once in 2024 and did not sign or approve any payment.

What makes this situation worse is the complete lack of support from their team. I have called the dealership and accounts department multiple times, and each time I was simply placed on hold without any proper response or resolution.

This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how customer information and payments are handled.

I have now escalated the matter through my bank and will be filing formal complaints with AMVIC and other consumer protection authorities if this is not resolved immediately.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.

I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Derrick Dodge, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Tyler and Sam in sales were exceptional — they made sure I got everything I needed and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Andrew in finance was also great to work with, providing clear information and excellent service throughout.

Couldn’t agree on a price but Mr Jas the sales person and Mr Emil the manager for used car sales was really awesome and good to deal with compared to the usual dealerships. This could be because they’re under new management, or they were like this before I don’t know. I went there test drove for 20 minutes and starter negotiating. It took total of 40 minutes of negotiations for the price, but I did not end up buying because of the pricing, we got very close though. Overall good experience and I would recommend the guys I listed.

I had to order spare parts for my father’s car (RAM 2000) twice: once in 2023 and again in 2026. The customer service was excellent. Despite the language barrier (my first language is German) and my inability to articulate what I needed for the car, they were incredibly helpful. The staff were very patient both times and helped me figure out exactly what I needed for the car. I felt very comfortable and would definitely come back here.

I purchased a Grand Cherokee from this dealership a few years ago and also bought the pre‑paid maintenance plan. The finance manager repeatedly assured us that the plan would cover all required scheduled maintenance for five years, excluding normal wear‑and‑tear items such as brakes and tires.
When I recently brought the vehicle in for service, I was informed that the plan only covers oil changes and tire rotations. I was required to pay out of pocket for the 4x4 service, which I had been told would be included.
This experience reflects a broader pattern I encountered with this dealership: a lack of transparency around vehicle pricing, available rebates, and the true scope of their service packages. I’ve purchased several new vehicles over the past five years, and this has been the most misleading and disappointing dealership I’ve dealt with.

Took my truck in to get front steering fixed. Got a peace of mind inspection that was such a headache. Cost 14000 to get a check engine light on when I picked it up. Took it back in and ended up paying for more repairs to get a check engine light on again. Neil the manager had horrible service told me take me to collections if I don’t pay. Suggest you go somewhere else. Derrick dodge has changed ownership so many times. Still bad.
