Stay away from this dealership!!!!! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, make sure to bring in your own mechanic and never trust them. They sold me a used car without ever providing transmission oil service history, nor the engine oil that was very low. During my first test drive, I noticed some hesitation; I thought the issue would be resolved after the initial service (oil change and fuel filter cleaning), but I was completely wrong: there was literally no transmission fluid. A few months later, the transmission failed, and I had to shell out $8,000 for a new transmission and repairs. I didn't have a warranty, so I had to pay for the repairs myself. My mistake was to have rushed to buy this car and trust them without doing further checks. The worst part is that the dealership told me over the phone that « the staff have changed since I bought the car and that they bore nothing to do with what happened » I don't expect anything from this dealership, but you should know that they don't perform any serious inspections before selling used vehicles and likely hide known issues with the cars. Be careful!!!

Just bought an $85,000 truck and the pick-up day was a nightmare! 😤 Flat tire, dirty interior with food on the floor, and active recalls they didn't bother to fix. Had to waste my own time taking it to a Ford dealership to get everything sorted. 😡 #Truck #Dealership #Recalls #Frustration

Went in April to change winter tires to all weather ones... they lost tires an the rims they were on.. said would order them..10 days later went in for other warranty work.. no tires or rims ordered so they said would put order in again.. another 2 weeks still not order made ... its now end of June so almost 2 months or more later.. still now tires or rims compensated for loosing mine.. got call today for warranty part on vent to book for service.. so asked if tires an rims in yet.. an was told they knew nothing about them.. Service department is failing job

Fixed my car with an engine replacement under extended warranty and car runs great now! It was done in good time frame. Only problem it has now is its locking mechanism has some bug when I got it delivered. I cant ask them to fix it as they will charge extra 250$ for diagnosing

Worst service prices ever. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and so a few months later I wanted to have an oil change done and was quoted a staggering price of $250.00 ....unreal...so when I asked why so much I was told. Dealership prices and so I called other dodge dealerships and asked for prices and I called Windermere Chrysler first and was quoted $160.00 so that's where I went and believe me the entire experience was 5 star . The next vehicle purchase will definitely be with Windermere.
